As an integral part of the teaching activities, teachers’ teaching decision-making is of great significance to the effective teaching of teachers. Teachers’ teaching decision-making is a professional decision-making process, the decision-making process is also a professional development process, at the same time by the government, schools and the academic community at different levels of concern. With the continuous advance of the new curriculum reform, and improve the status of teachers, the traditional teaching decision-making influence factors has been unable to meet classroom needs, from teachers’ beliefs to explore in nature to find the inner root and to explore the potential deposit in the belief of teachers in the minds, can effectively improve external force on their decision making power of influence.This paper mainly uses the questionnaire survey and interview method, to investigate the factors that influence teachers’ beliefs. Thesis is mainly divided into four parts, the first part mainly introduces the previous research and awareness, through the collation of literature to find countries already have the relevant research results, and domestic scholars is proposed the effects of convictions of decision, no further research. The second part mainly introduces the design and process of the research. The third part is the analysis of influencing factors and realistic problems. According to the survey, it is found that the influence of teachers’ beliefs is not strict, not consistent, less educated and less effective. The fourth part is mainly about the promotion strategy, according to the survey, respectively from the teachers professional self reflection, the teachers "professional ideal of education, teachers in education reform and teacher professional theory learning, make suggestions on teachers in four aspects.From the point of view of teachers’ beliefs, this paper describes the impact mechanism of teachers’ teaching decision-making and puts forward some suggestions, which help to solve the practical problems encountered in the classroom, so as to improve the decision-making level of teachers.
