FUTSAL is a branch of soccer, also it is one of the frequently-used organizational forms in soccer,and FUTSAL has many characteristics,such as the limitation of the field is small, the number who participate in FUTSAL is big and the ornamental and entertainment of FUTSAL is high, through the development of twenty years, it becomes a world-popular sport, maybe the sixth tournament after the five that are held by the FIFA, soccer in colleges and universities is an important part of Chinese soccer, and the students in colleges and universities are the fresh troops of the Chinese soccer population, forever, as the colleges and universities in China changed their school management model,from elite education to popular education, so college expension plan become a tend. As the number of students in the colleges and universities is bigger,the field is becoming relatively short of supply, so the development of eleven a side soccer which highly requires the number of players, field, technique and tactics is blocked to a certain content. otherwise, FUTSAL which less requires field, techniques, tactics and physical endurance, the rules is simple, so it becomes more and more popular in the students who are in the colleges and universities. Among the colleges and universities in Qingdao, these schools have benign economic strength, there are various FUTSAL competition are held in these schools which are sponsored by sorts of companies, and FUTSAL has its own characters which are easily develop and popularize, it also has the entertainment and business value, all these factors make the FUTSAL becomes the important organizational form in the soccer teaching lessons and after-school activities.FUTSAL is rapidly developing in the colleges and universities in Qindao, at the same time, there are also some disadvantages factors, such as not familiar with the FUTSAL rules, the teaching proportion of FUTSAL content and time is little, FUTSAL teaching staff is lack of experience, also lack of field, these factors restrict the development of FUTSAL in the colleges and universities in Qindao. therefore, how to full play those advantageous factors deal with the disadvantageous factors is becoming the extremely urgent task for the FUTSAL development in the colleges and universities in Qingdao.This paper integrated used the method of literature, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and expert interviews,did the research on the current situation of FUTSAL affection FUTSAL set up, FUTSAL in the soccer teaching lessons FUTSAL in the after-school activities FUTSAL training and competitions, field and equipment in the colleges and universities in Qingdao, then analyse these current situations, put forward the advantageous and disadvantageous factors, finally base on these factors raised some practical strategiesFirst, as Qingdao colleges and universities have the comprehensive mass foundation, the student in Qingdao universities and colleges love FUTSAL very much.Second, FUTSAL is not be setted as the developing event, not have the representative team. and don’t have the corresponding policy, so the event establishment situation of the FUTSAL in Qingdao colleges and universities is unsatisfactory.Third, there are so many students take part in FUTSAL in their spare time,the time is relatively concentrate, it is lake of the organized management, and there is nearly no professional to guide them.Fourth, most of the colleges and universities in Qingdao didn’t set up FUTSAL course, in addition, the colleges and universities which is set up FUTSAL course have the problem of the course time is limited.Fifth,most of the colleges and universities in Qingdao don’t have FUTSAL training activities.Sixth, most of the colleges and universities in Qingdao don’t take part in high-level FUTSAL tournament,the FUTSAL tournaments that are held by the department inner school and the sponsor outside school we take have low-level,and the problem that manage confusion,judge different and sponsor is not constancy make the tournament quality is low.Seventh, the courts and the corresponding equipment is comepatatively poor.
