The study results are summarized briefly as follows:Ⅰ.The football enlightenment concept of the infant (0-3years old)1)based on the learning characteristics and cognitive ability of the infant, we should specifically analysis the characteristics of its brain, physical and mental development; then use the pictorial books, the soft sound and the baby’s toys to promote the cognitive ability to form the simple concept of "football".2) to analysis the critical period of the physical and mental development and athletic ability improving, and then combine them scientifically; to use the concept of parents driving children to play with the ball, in order to stimulate the infants’interests of football and form the simple football act. Ⅱ.The football enlightenment concept of pre-school period (3-6、7years old)1) To form the interest of football and lifelong inner driving for the pre-school children gradually by the analysis of the physical and mental development characteristics, the way of game and the way of environmental impact and the concept of multimedia and toys.2) On the background of socialist society, take full use of the policy of The Development of a New Socialist Countryside. With the support of government and the football culture spread through internet, the pre-school children easily accept the concept of elementary education of the football culture.3) To develop the football intelligence enlightenment concept of pre-school children by analogy means, quick answer in, abacus and dance blanket and so on.4) To use the genetic knowledge through high-tech analysis the genes that associated with pre-school children; to find the gene that referring to outstanding football ability; to combine with the physical and mental development characteristics of preschool; to develop their football ability comprehensively in the sensitive time of ability promotion.The conclusion of the study have the following two points:I.Through the understanding of the child’s physical development characteristics and learning ability during Infancy, expression of the two features by the time,the formation of a capacity to learn sensitive time threshold, and then combined with the concept of the novel visual stimuli and simple language to the stimulus.It can make the child’s cognitive ability, language ability, motor ability have a corresponding increase.and then to achieve the formation of the football concepts and simple football variation of the action to be produced during the infant. And make the children germination football interest in playing football around2-year-old.Ⅱ.In the use of the power of the government during preschool,choose the outstanding football sports ability of gene by the scientific tools,and then elect the higher gene of the football sports ability of the children,and then use the characteristics of the physical development of preschool children,combining with the football ability of the sensitive period,through the family and kindergarten for the terminal,use beating around the bush and by analogy means training philosophy, so that the children of the football talent soccer ability to fully develop.
