With the development of the times and the carrying out of the mathematics curriculum reform in senior high school,the professional level of teachers on society demands increasingly high.So an important task of the society is to professionalized the teaching level of teachers.A comparative study between high school mathematics intern teachers and expert teachers in three aspects including lesson plan, classroom instruction and reflection after class has been made in the subject.After that,we can find the differences between them,analyze their characteristics,clear and master the rule of change,shorten the growth cycle of intern teachers,so that intern teachers could grow up into expert teachers as soon as possible.When refers to the project,most researchers mainly use historical or theory research method and practical and operable research methods are less,which may have an bad effect on data acquisition and the authenticity and objectivity of the conclusion.In addition,the existing research carries on the comparison of a certain number of novice teachers and expert teachers and few focus on intern teachers and expert teachers.Aim at the above problem,the author has made a comparative study on lesson plans, classroom teaching skills and reflection after class between high school mathematics intern teachers and expert teachers.This study collected materials through questionnaire survey,classroom video and in-dept interview. Based on the above study, the result can be concluded as follows:The lesson plan that intern teachers has made is flexible;Due to expert teachers’ rich experience,their plans are more abundant and richer;In the course of introduction, intern teachers pay attention to interest introduction, while expert teachers can seize nature knowledge and give an introduction;During the class,the questions the two teachers raise are different.Expert teachers can pur forward more complexity questions than intern teachers;In classroom organization and management,intern teachers use the authoritarian compared to instruction that expert teachers use;When the class is over,the way that intern teachers use is relative procedural and expert teachers can have focused and concise words;In the after-class-reflection intern teachers focus on themselves while expert teachers centers on the students.Based on the above results, the author puts forward feasible suggestions for intern teachers below:intern teachers should be encouraged to update their mathematics education concept.They should be allowed to view and innovate in their own ways.What is more,self-reflection is clearly much needed.Only in these ways,can intern teachers have their ability improved and become an expert-like mathematics teachers as soon as possible.
