This paper from the view of mathematics teachers of mathematics learning and mathematics classroom teaching activity the understanding on two aspects analysis. Among them, the knowledge of mathematics learning, it also includes: learning mathematics essence, mathematics study result bad causes and the students' mathematical learning guidance method; Mathematics classroom teaching activity the understanding and include: mathematics classroom teaching essence, mathematics classroom teaching effectiveness and mathematics teaching evaluation.Data of this study is based on"Survey"in the form of access,in accordance with the results of the survey data for statistical analysis,the prospective middle school mathematics teachers and mathematics teachers view of mathematics teaching status,and compared the results for further analysis.Research data shows, from mathematics teacher to mathematics study and mathematics teaching activities two perspective, the middle school mathematics teachers and quasi mathematics teacher's mathematics no significant differences on the whole, just a few individual problem exists a little different, overall or compare conforms to our country at present the middle school mathematics teaching reform and development. But, in the investigation process we also found there a few teachers can't change this mathematics teaching concept, always to math concepts by rote and math scores for teaching level of the starting point.
