Seeing from the Junior middle school education development to ancient, different researchers in the study of education management theory and practice, will take a different theory viewpoint and unique study, in the criticism, and the inheritance, communication, integration, and on the basis of form a variety of education management theory and schools. Primary and middle schools in contemporary China, to all sorts of theory of exploration and practice, profoundly affects the development track of the education.Maslow’s hierarchy theory of needs as a scientific and systematic theory, is more in-depth study of human needs, also to ideological education workers, teachers research object offers many enlightenment. Years of education practice has shown hunger, to not feel safe, not love, and lack of confidence of the students are not for a creative learning. From maslow’s hierarchy needs theory, teachers can be targeted ease students’ psychological pressure, the safety of our school, meet the students’safety needs; To create positive health between the students get along with the environment, cultivate students the friendship between between teachers and students, and meet the needs of its attributable to love; Change education idea and education mode, meet the students’ respect needs; Guide the student to become an adult, meet the need of the students’ self realization.This paper maslow’s hierarchy theory of needs and evaluation theory based on the author, combining multiple different situation teaching cases, for maslow’s hierarchy theory of needs analysis demonstrated, in different levels of demand of students in detail the problems of analysis, the countermeasures according to the case summary, for students to be the education contribute.
