Is a famous American psychologist Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory(Abranham Hardold Maslow, 1908-1970) in his book the theory of human motivation, it includes the physiological needs, security needs, the needs of the love and respect the needs and self-actualization needs these five content.As a scientific and systematic theory, maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, it is a more in-depth study of the human needs.At the same time, this theory the thought education workers and education researchers, there are many places worthy of learning.Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory is about people’s various needs and the development of the theory, in the Children’s accordion teaching emphasized using Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory has very important significance.On the basis of predecessors’ academic research, the author found that: if children feel hungry, or feel safe enough, love from society, schools and families as well as a lack of confidence, so for creative learning for them is impossible.Also, the author also some results in some junior children: if the children can get respect, always with other children have equal opportunity to enjoy the pleasure of learning together, then they will work harder to express themselves, and set up the confidence of learning.As we are graduating be education worker, should learn to respect and care for the children, with our love to influence them.To correct their behavior guidance, in life, to the teaching of a person, do they live in and study on the good friends.I believe that our efforts should be able to slowly and stimulate their learning motivation.From Maslow’s theory, the childhood of students’ psychological characteristics also have different.For example, in the musical instrument to learn the accordion when they sometimes feel pressure, the piano sometimes worry about learning environment safe hidden trouble.It seems that children learn the accordion has different requirements.Therefore, teachers should focus on children’s psychological reaction when the piano.Teachers should appropriately to alleviate the psychological pressure caused by the children to learn the accordion.Give them a safe learning environment at the same time, to meet their learning security needs.In the same way, teachers can transform the accordion teaching concept, adopt different teaching methods, respect for every child, let every child can have learned something.To guide the children become adults, Children’s performance in the learning process desire is very strong, therefore, teachers should meet the needs of Children’s self-realization.If teachers can do, will be more conducive to the development of accordion education career, at the same time also can better let children master the accordion playing skills and experience the joy of learning accordion brings.This article from the introduction to the theory of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory perspective of Children’s accordion learning needs and teaching status quo and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory perspective of Children’s accordion teaching methods to explore, this paper expounds three aspects from the theory of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory to pursue in the accordion teaching method is more suitable for children.
