Confronted with the ever-increasingly tough job market, more and more graduates begin starting their own businesses. Accordingly,"Graduate Entrepreneurship’" has become a hot word. However, a lack of capital and experience make it hard for graduates to make profit with their knowledge quickly. Hangzhou, a city which has long been followed closely "Graduate Entrepreneurship". has helped these young entrepreneurs greatly by some measures.This paper includes field work such as interviewing graduates to learn their difficulties in running their businesses; measures taken and successes made by the municipal government of Hangzhou. Based on the above research, the author analyses the current situation and aid policies of "Graduate Entrepreneurship". Proceeding from six perspectives: start-up situation, political environment, start-up garden development, start-up education, start-up status quo and suggestions, the author tries to explore a universal way to support "Graduate Entrepreneurship" through suggesting some broader and more efficient aid policies.In this light, the key to supporting graduate start-up is to turn possibility into reality. The author arrives at these conclusions:in building related mechanism, the government should take a leading role, and high education institutes an prominent role; entrepreneurship should be advocated, systematic innovation should be strengthened, more aid policies should be made, start-up platforms should be built; the government and the high education institutes should cooperate with each other to set a sound atmosphere for graduates to start their own businesses; in this way,"Graduate Entrepreneurship" will have a systematic structure and will have regulations to follow and be conducted orderly.
