The WTO identifies overseas students education in service trade as the totally personalproduct, thus, high education of international students in China is of distinctive nature ofpersonal products. Standards, ways and principles of high education tuition pricing ofinternational students in China can not be completely equal to those in domestic, which meansthat high education tuition of international students in China can not be borne by thegovernment, students and families. Meanwhile, it is not necessary to take too muchconsideration of the bearing capacity of international students when pricing the higheducation tuition of international students in China. What’s the most important, when makingpricing standards, is that high education tuition of international students in China should behigher than that of in domestic, which should be borne by both the international students andtheir families.(If those international students are all the state-supported, their tuition is borneby their government, partly or completely.)The thesis first analyzes the standards of our current high education tuition pricing ofinternational students in China and the rise in international students, obtaining the necessityto study and adjust the high education tuition pricing of international students in China.Meanwhile, it concludes that there is irrationality in high education tuition pricing ofinternational students in China by comparing the tuition pricing among different majors ofhigh education of international students.. It concludes as well that factors of our current higheducation tuition pricing of international students in China are not closely related to theinternational factors by analyzing the pricing factors of high education, which can not reflectthe internationality of education in international students in China.It is suggested in the thesis due to the existing irrational situations on our currentpricing standards of high education of international students in China that first, perfect thepackage pricing mechanism based on the factors of influencing high education tuition ofinternational students in China. Secondly, further perfect the tuition pricing law of"difference". At last, perfect and enrich overseas students’ scholarship system.
