Most studies concerning the distinction of social structure between various ethnic groups take the group itself as measuring criterion. This research attempts to compare folks respectively at the certain level of industry, profession, education and urbanization, within one ethnic group. On the base of such comparison, analysis of the structurally social difference of the ethnic group, which has been formed with the development of society, politics, economy and culture, could be applied.This paper focuses on the structurally social difference. The researcher chooses one certain community of Hui, then explores the structurally social distinction of industry, profession, level of education and social capital of this community and identify its impact on people psychologically. By comparing such structurally social difference, it is possible to draw distinction among Hui people in this community. Specifically speaking, what kind of difference do they have during the development of their society? At what extent do such distinctions perform and how do such distinctions influence on them psychologically.
