Ethnic Identity

In this thesis we take"Ethnic group"as the original term, by which we conceived a new model of social structure in a dynamic way. With this new model we classified the social conflicts differently from all the theories people have ever had before under the condition of noticing the negative and positive functions of social conflicts. In this model we realized the universal conflicts in the world as well as the special ones in China which are named"urban-rural dual structure"and attracting more and more attention. We think that the main points for reaching the identity of Ethnic Group are making the society open enough for elites to go up freely as well as the idiot game out fairly. For being right, the government should play the right rules before and during the conflicts. With this thesis we try to settle the ongoing conflicts in China and boost the harmony as great as we can.
