The Function Of Student Cadres Play And Strategy In College Ideological And Political Education

The student cadres play a significant key role in College Ideological and Political Education, because the cadres are not only the important acceptant, but also important provider to some degree. They need to provide the education while they accept it, this promoted function will be enhanced along with increasing of enrolled population of college student. Besides, living among the college student makes the function more direct and timely, even more irreplaceable and initial.The student cadres play multiple parts in the education by many aspects. However, to some reasons, it is not enough and leaving some problems needed to be solved. Our study plans to analyze systematically the functions and design the strategies to solve the problems. We divided it into four parts to discuss:First part:Elaborating the roles played by student cadres in College Ideological and Political EducationSecond part:Analyzing the present situation of the issue. We assumed that the student cadres develop four positive promotions in the education:1) Assisting the college ideological and political educators to organize and perform the related activities.2) Performing the bridge between the college students and educators.3) Organizing self-education in college students.4) Acting as a model in all the college activities.However, there are many problems, either. The functions of modeling, connecting, cohesion and monitoring are still not perfect in present, actually. There problems decrease the positive aspects we described before, weaken the position and function for student cadres and influenced the steady-state and fluent development of college ideological and political education.Third Part:Analyzing the reasons of the problems before. We think there are several reasons below:Firstly we are studying the reasons for student cadres:1) Part of cadres are not politically qualified enough and they ignored to increase the political consciousness.2) Part of cadres are not responsible enough.3) Part of cadres are influenced by the formalism in the ideological and political education.4) Part of cadres are not consumed simple work strategy to solve the education. Then, for college management: 1) The training and management are not enough, such as the election policy is not fair and sound, the assessment is not scientific, the training is not enough.2) The investment in training cadres is not enough.Part four:Posting the strategies after analyzing.1) Increasing the fairness in the cadres election.2) Promoting the training3) Enhance the management of cadres.4) Improving the ideological consciousness and working ability of cadres.5) Building up the assessment system for cadres.The purpose of the study is to explore the problems in the function played by student cadres in ideological and political education and make the strategies to solve them...
