Study On The Work Of Student Cadres In Ideological And Political Education

It’s the student cadres in college that have important strength and play the special role in Ideological and Political Education. How to fully achieve the function of student cadres is the main theories and practical projects in this paper. This thesis, which takes the Marxism Leninism, Mao Zedong thought, Deng Xiaoping theory, and CCP relevant spirit on strengthening and improving Ideological and Political Education as its guidance, attempt to discuss deeply this topic in a practical way.Except of introduction, the thesis is divided into three parts.First of all, discussing the status and functions for student cadres in College Ideological and Political working. This part mainly analysis the key status of student cadres in this education, which will be the guidance power of ideological and political education and the important power of self-education self-management. As functions contain four aspects, related by the function of behavior model, the function of bridges and bonds, the function of educated management and the function of preserve the harmony in school.Secondly, analyzing the situation of role exists in Ideological and Political working. We assay the function in the beginning with the positive role played by student cadres should be enhanced in ideological and political education, analyzed in this part. Mainly reflect on model function, communication function in daily life, aiding launching activities and maintaining harmony in school life. Moreover, this part includes the imperfect behavior in Ideological and Political Education working. Involving in model function, bridges and bonds, organizing, defend harmony. At last, the paper presents the imperfect reasons, which contains the cultivation and management for student cadres not enough, qualities and abilities of cadres not high, management manchism not perfect, negative influence of society, etc. Thirdly, expounding measures to exploit the student cadres’advantages in education. This part includes of reinforcing the education for student cadres; striving to improve comprehensive qualities and abilities, strengthening conduct for cadres, creativing the environment for extending the work, establishing student cadres’troop mechanism and optimize the environment for cadres, creativing the system environment for developing the work, optimizing the environment for improving the cadres’education.
