Preparation of “physical examination attribution questionnaire", the questionnaire is thatwe divided students into A volume (get good or relatively good reason) and B volume (notgood or very good reason)2branch questionnaire, each questionnaire contains14alternativecauses. A questionnaire use5point rating method for each reason rating. On validity test showsthat, the internal consistency reliability coefficient was0.831, the same test retest reliabilitycoefficient in0.412-0.734between, different test retest reliability coefficient between0.381-0.680, with good reliability. the ranking method of the questionnaire is inspection throughthe questionnaire, and we got the sort method and5point rating method the results obtained withhigher consistency, that the questionnaire has good validity.Application of the questionnaire on the two Yang Xin County high school studentsconducted576tests about the attribution of success or failure of investigation, it was found:(1) On the whole, on physical examination or inclined to internal attribution, they usuallywork, learning method, ability and so on internal reasons as the primary reason.(2)Self evaluation of success and failure on the test results of the attribution differences.Successful students value the reason t of the examination result influence.(3) Male and female students on the examination of attribution have certain difference.When successful, more girls than boys are due to the teacher’s teaching, help from others, coursedifficulty and other external factors; when failed, more girls than boys are due to r competence,foundation, course difficulty and stability of uncontrollable factors. Girls are relative with lowconfidence and expectations of success than boys.(4) Overall, the subjects to test the attribution is not obvious to the grade difference.(5) Test exam success does not exist when the difference between urban and rural areas,rural students failed in the exam, and internal stability attributions, and urban students is luck andother external attribution.
