Rehabilitation And Prevention Project For Drug Abused Teenagers In Community

This thesis is a research on community aid plan for juvenile drug abuse.With the development of China’s economy, a lot of social problems appear from it. In recent years, the problem of juvenile drug abuse has become more and more terrible with a low-aging tendency, which have seriously damaged the health of the teenagers. The society must pay attention to it and take social intervention.So far, there are various diversified researches from home and abroad on juvenile drug abuse, mostly pay attention to current situation, factors and preventive measures. The relative service still focuses on Abstain Addiction Therapy in hospital, while community-based rehabilitation is not well developed.In the mainland area, cases recorded for social workers’intervention in and prevention of juvenile drug abuse is rare, human resources in this field didn’t get to good use.According to the analysis on the mentality of youth drug abuse, social factors and current youth drug abuse situation in Shenzhen city, this paper propose solutions to it and provide project plan detail as a social worker, which means the implementation of this project would set the social worker invention as lead. It is very practical.The research site is the old residential community of Shenzhen city, where drug abuse among teenagers is widespread. This study used qualitative research methods, through participation, interviews, observation and text analysis, combined with professional theory in social work-life cycle theory and the theory of perspective advantage, plan a one-year project as the first project stage. The main project implementation site is community; the service customer is drug abuse teenagers, benefit groups including community youth, residents, school teachers, students and the community environment.The main service including:treatment service, psychological and social education, family support ability, withdrawal follow-up service, community protection, interest training and quality development, reduce the damage, the development of students, mainly used method are:social work special case, groups, outreach service, community mobilization. Through the project plan, it can improve the lives of teenagers, and establish a good community environment. This project can immediately be applied in the research community, and to provide reference for similar community.
