There is a problem is that teachers’ professional development level of China is not well.It affected the quality of teaching and the quality of talented people. Currently, Teachers’professional development of faculty, normal students and teachers presents in the separatecondition. Constructs the interactive mode of teachers’ professional development is to bepossible to promote the teachers’ professional development. It is so great significance that toimprove the teaching level of teachers, to achieve the sustainable development of the nationaleducation.This paper used the method of comparative law and literature research on domestic andforeign successful experiences were brief references to Fujian Province rich literature forempirical analysis. First, the reference to the mature practice of the United States, the UnitedKingdom and other developed countries, Learn from the Beijing Normal University, EastChina Normal University and Capital Normal University and other universities, such as thevaluable experience.
