With vigorous development of education in Heilongjiang Province,many excellentjunior middle school teachers have grown up,as the backbone of teaching junior highschool education.Quality and level of education reform are closely linked with excellentjunior middle school teacher`s professtional development.The former researchersalways pay more attention to the process from a cub teacher to an excellent teacher,butexcellent teacher`s professional development is considered as a cold zone.Therefore,thefocus of this article is the professional development of research on having grown asoutstanding teachers of the middle school.The main body of this thesis is started with literature research.In the way ofcleaning up and estimating the results from both domestic and foreign,the author makessure of the logical beginning and its value of researching.Secondly,this research followsthe samples.And the author conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews tooutstanding teachers of the middle school in Harbin city, as well as combined with theEducational Science College of Harbin Normal University in13cities of HeilongjiangProvince in2008.Through the deeply investigation of many excellent teachers,we foundthere were some problem as their re-development generalized into developmentalobject,developmental condition and development methods in the professionaldevelopment of excellent teachers in Heilongjiang.The main reasons include internalfactors and external factors.Based on the case analysis,from microcosmic,medium view and macroscopicaldimension,the author put forward countermeasure and some proposal to promoteexcellent teachers`professional development of middle schlool,including the reflectionof development and the competition of development,in order to provide some help forthe school management and teachers own development.
