In post-Olympic period, China has proposed to transform from a strong sports nation to a strong nation with a coordinated development between competitive sports and mass sports. To promote the reform of the management system in tennis enterprise, it should perfect related legal regulations; to improve the tennis management system, the professional tennis market with Chinese characteristics should be primarily established; to emphasize the cultivation of tennis talents, a professional management group of tennis enterprise should be established; to promote the basic development of tennis enterprise, the star effect can be activated; it can also emerge with city development to develop this green sport.Fifthly, in terms of tennis culture, influenced by traditional sports culture, the hard strength is overvalued; the inadequate tennis competitions have hindered the popularization of tennis culture; it is also hindered by the low sportsmanship among tennis players and its business associates. The tennis culture in China can be improved through a sound guidance function in deepening tennis culture. More competitions should be encouraged for the purpose of using these competitions as the major promoter of this sport; More attentions should be drawn to the popularization and education of tennis culture to improve the sportsmanship among the tennis players and its business associates so that a good atmosphere of tennis culture can be established.
