In recent years, the practice of the world volleyball competition has shown, block from a single defense technology into one of winning technology which is offensive and defensive. The level of blocking not only directly affect the outcome of the game, but also measure an important indicator of technical and tactical team, so it was paid attention by coaches and researchers at home and abroad.For a long time, it is limited to on-site statistical and qualitative analysis techniques about the blocking technology, so far, it is rare that the related reports about techniques of quantitative research at home and abroad, lacking of a deeper level of quantitative research. Faster moving block not only form an effective cooperation but also make the level potential energy into the vertical potential energy, to improve the blocking effect. This paper take the affecting the Moving Blocking Speed of Right Side Cross-Step as the study of the theme, take the kinematics, surface EMG as the main evaluation criteria for the auxiliary dynamics. Further analysis on the Inherent laws of affecting the speed of cross-step moving block. Reveal the Principle of physiological and kinematics in the action of moving block. Provide adequate theoretical basis for teaching and training.Object:The assistant attackers of Beijing Sports University male volleyball players, and Bayi male volleyball players (The average height:196.46; The average weight:85.67; The average age:22.67; all the volleyball players above the national level).Methods:Apply the Finnish production Mega Win6000Surface EMG, U.S. production of3D Motion infrared motion capture system points (eight lenses), Swedish production of three-dimensional force platform on the right side of the cross-step simultaneous measurement the action of moving block. Apply SPSS software to process and statistic data. The major achievements in the research:1、Lower centre of gravity in the second time by high Body gravity of the ready pose when start are one of the important factors to speed of the Right Side Cross-Step.2、The first stage, The first step in the right step should not be too big and too high. The whole speed of Right Side Cross-Step block will be improved by the time of speeding up the first stage right leg step speed and speeding up the second stage left leg step speed.3、The left ankle Angle angular velocity and Angle acceleration are one of the important factors to speed of the Right Side Cross-Step.4、Left leg in FY direction force are one of the important factors to speed of the Right Side Cross-Step.5、Skilled, standard and reasonable action are one of the important factors to speed of the Right Side Cross-Step.
