The specification setting of badminton courts determines that the movement of the players is mainly represented by multi-directional linear movement.In order to win the competition or take the initiative in each round,one must ensure the advantage in movement speed,while in order to quickly start and move in place to hit the ball,one must have good fast strength of lower limbs.Therefore,whether it is professional training or amateur activities,how to improve badminton players' lower limb strength is one of the tasks of teaching and training,and has also become a topic of concern and research.In recent years,domestic scholars have carried out a large number of researches on plyometric training,and believe that the rapid expansion and contraction compound training has obvious effects on improving athletes' rapid strength and reaction speed.In order to explore the effectiveness of rapid expansion and plyometric training on badminton players' lower limb rapid strength and movement speed,this study uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and experimental research,etc.,and selects 22 male students of 2017 grade sports specialty badminton special class of yangzhou university as experimental objects,and randomly divides them into experimental group and control group.the experimental group adopts plyometric training,and the experimental group adopts traditional lower limb strength training,and carries out 12 weeks of teaching intervention on the experimental objects.The results show that the two different body training methods have different degrees of changes in the indicators selected in the study.The following conclusions are drawn from the analysis of the results:(1)Both plyometric training and traditional lower limb strength training can improve students' lower limb rapid strength,but the effect of plyometric training is more significant.(2)Rapid plyometric training and traditional lower limb strength training can both improve the short-distance rapid movement speed and special movement speed of the students' movement speed,but the plyometric training has more significant effect on the indexes of short-distance rapid round-trip ability and low gravity center turning and pedaling ability which can reflect the special requirements of badminton lower limb rapid strength.Advice:(1)It is suggested that in the plyometric training,the rapid expansion compound training is widely used in the teaching and practicing of badminton special classes and public sports teaching classes in institutions of higher learning,so as to enrich the methods of college sports education teaching and training.(2)It is suggested to conduct pre-training evaluation on the middle and low level trainers before applying the plyometric training,so as to ensure that the trainers have good physical function.In the training,the training means and load ought to be devised in line with the actual needs of special badminton skills,and adhere to proceed in an orderly way and step by step from low intensity to high intensity and the training form from simple to complex.(3)It is suggested to combine the plyometric training with the conventional practice in the actual training.Rapid expansion composite training is based on the conventional practice,and do not completely substitute for the conventional practice,practical training should play the advantages of rapid expansion composite training and the organic combination of conventional practice,so as to better the development of the level of rapid movement and force of lower limb,improve the special competitive ability.At the same time,as there is a lot of room for innovation in the methods of jump depth and multi-direction jump in plyometric training content,teachers can design more training methods to improve the learning interest and training enthusiasm of students and athletes in actual training.For example,in jump depth and longitudinal jump exercises,obstacles over the ground or touching suspension balls can be added.
