Human resources are the primary resources, competition between the world countriestoday is the final analysis, talent, especially the innovative talents of the competition, graduateeducation as the highest level and the highest stage of education in China is an important basefor training high-quality innovative talents. But the present situation of graduate education,particularly in the Humanities and Social Sciences graduate education from foster innovativetalent and build the requirements of the innovation-oriented country still lags behind, so greatimportance to the innovation capability of China’s Humanities and Social Sciences Graduatecultivate, vigorously develop the Graduate Innovative Education is entrusted by history to thetimes of the graduate education.Through empirical investigation of the status of the innovation capability of China’shumanities and social sciences, and as a starting point, combined with the development of theChinese graduate student education, analyzing the impact of Chinese humanities and socialscience graduate innovation is not subjective and objective factors, and thus to enhanceChina’s humanities and social science graduate students ability to innovate, to developinnovative education measures. Consists of four parts:The first part of the introduction. This part discusses the background and significance ofChina’s humanities and social science graduate Innovative Education, the graduate student’sunderstanding of the innovative education and research ideas, methods and innovation.Second part of the graduate students of the humanities and social sciences innovationand ability to the status quo. This part of some universities graduate of the questionnaire onthe basis of analysis of the status of the innovation capability of China’s humanities and socialscience graduate, and that its ability to innovate is obviously inadequate, reflected in thegenerally small number of achievements to participate in topics and research activities scarce,and original achievements in academic quality is low, the spirit of cooperation is not strong,innovative learning environment less than three.The third part of the Humanities and Social Science graduate innovative educationconstraints analysis. This part of the analysis from the two aspects of subjective and objectivefactors of the innovation capability of China’s humanities and social science graduate,restricting the development of innovation and educational reasons. Subjective factors,including graduate general lack of knowledge accumulation, learning and research interest, self-management skills, graduate students only to imitate, the courage to go beyond three;objective factors including the country’s education system constraints on innovation andeducation, personnel training mode constraints, the constraints of scientific and socialenvironment of China’s humanities and social science graduate innovative education.The fourth part of the Humanities and Social Science graduate innovative educationcountermeasures. This part of the update the traditional concepts of education, developinnovative educational concepts, innovative training model and training links, and create atraining environment conducive to innovation capacity, strengthening the capacity ofself-education and self-innovation to develop the four aspects described the development ofChina’s humanities and social sciences graduate innovative education strategies and measures.
