| Internet has been prevailing for years from a minority of users to unity, ofwhich timeliness and virtuality is changing our life style and behavioral habits. Asthe Internet stepping into campus, more students get access to the network, adoptingthe information in a brand new way. For OIPE, the internet plays quite a significantrole for exploring new things but meanwhile culture shock exists for the impact ofharmful information. Thus, based on previous research, we propose measures foroptimizing online education from the perspective of OIPE concepts andcharacteristics, in order to solve the problems during our daily life.We frame the paper from four aspects：The first part: Introduction. A briefintroduction for the background information, previous researches both in and abroad,and theoretical backgrounds；The second part: Main concepts and characteristics ofOIPE, main contribution；The third part: Specific analysis for current situation ofOIPE, The existence of internet brings both chances and challenges；The fourth part:.Proposing measures for OIPE from the perspective of college, educator and educate. |
