Investigation And Research Of Large State-owned Enterprise Unions To The Present Situation In Shanxi Province

Sport is a kind of activity which combines both mental and physical aspect. Though carrying out sports, we can improve the physical fitness of staff, raise labor productivity, and reduce attendance and medical costs. Its deeper effect is to strengthen communication and collaboration between people, at the same time improves the cohesion of the group. Under the new situation, the trade union organize staff to do sports exercise, which can promote the development of productive forces and technological advances. Thus it has important practical meaning. Strengthening staff sports is not only the inevitable requirement of enterprise survival and development, the urgent need to adapt to enterprise reform and innovation, the objective needs of promoting national fitness, but also the internal needs of better fulfilling the maintenance functions.This paper, the author gathers information about relevant literature in recent years, summarize and analyze the status of Chinese employees participating sports activities, as well as the status of trade union sports. And foreign trade union status of work is described. Full description of the activities of trade unions sports staff sports, affirmed the importance of trade union sports work. The study has the great significance to the trade unions work of large-scale state-owned enterprises. This paper use literature, questionnaire, expert interviews, and mathematical statistics to investigate and study three large state-owned trade union in Shanxi Province, and obtain the following conclusion:1. Shanxi Province’s large state-owned enterprises, trade unions sports management organizational structure is relatively simple. The penetration of the sports associations of state-owned enterprise workers is relatively low, the members of the sports associations of state-owned enterprise workers accounted for the very low percentage of the total number of employees. On the organizational form, most of the activities are organized by the Union Sports Ministry, departments, and proportion of the trade unions and staff associations is less.2. The level of education of large state-owned trade union sports staff is not high. The organizational structure is irrational. The way of obtaining sports-related knowledge is narrow. Fitness guide, management capability and research capacity is not strong. The ability of adapting to the new social environment is not strong, neither. So that staff sports activity is lack of vigor.3.In Shanxi Province, sports funding sources of large state-owned trade union is single, and the major source is trade union funds and administrative funding. There is still some unreasonable using of funds.4.In Shanxi Province, large state-owned trade unions mainly choose some simple, universal, practical, and more entertaining sport. Active time is t mainly choose in working hours. To a certain extent, these activities mobilize the workers to participate in sports activities, and play a certain positive role in the popularity of sports workers.5. The large state-owned trade unions In Shanxi Province carry out sports activities has played a positive role in meeting the needs of the workers, but can’t fully meet. The union sports work has to be further improved.And Shanxi Province, large state-owned enterprise trade unions to carry sports a number of recommendations:1.Large state-owned enterprises in Shanxi Province trade union should improve on sports awareness, increase the Union sports publicity, in the establishment of sound rules and regulations on the effort, standardized management and sports activities of the organization work of trade unions in enterprises, increase of worker fitness scientific guidance, help sport organizations the establishment of independent hematopoiesis new mechanism.2.Large state-owned enterprises in Shanxi Province trade union should be in the original basis, strive to expand the Union sports funding sources, strengthen the supervision and management of the use of funds. 3. Large state-owned enterprises in Shanxi Province trade union should strengthen subordinate units of the Union sports organization and staff sports community construction.4.Large state-owned enterprises in Shanxi Province trade union trade union sport in strengthening cadre team construction efforts, cost, improve the quality of cadres of trade union sports and sports awareness, improve cadre team business strength.5.Large state-owned enterprises in Shanxi Province trade union organization change activities, varied according to age, gender and the characteristics of various forms of flexible organization, content variety of sports and activities, strengthen the business and the community and School Sports Union, form the school, society, the combination of individual, community, enterprises, workers and families to develop the new pattern.
