With the development of the economic and society,sprots are going into the daily life of the societyconstantly,national finess and lifetime sports are getting more popular gradually.The amateurfootball,which is loved by the masses,is revealing its function.But with the adverse impact of theproressional football environment,11people football’s development and popularization is in trouble.Thanksto the futsal,the amateur football finds a new way to develop.Because of less input and easier organized,the futsal,which is grass-roots,is able to attract more peopleto patticipate in actively,meet the growing demand of the masses’ sports,and promote the national fitnessprogram and grassroots soccer.The popularization of futsal can inrich people’ culture life,make them have ahealthy life and promote social interaction,be good at building a harmonious society.The futsal isinteresting and viewable,has less injury,is carried out both in adult men and in young and women,is helpfulto increase the football population,expand the base of masses.The futsal’s popularization can make a goodenvironment of basic level,create a good atmosphere for young,develop a vast market for theprofession,promote the fooball to have a coordinate a healthy development.Jiaozuo has a good atmosphere of mass sports and the mass sports develop well,while the footballdevelops more slowly.The environment of fooball basic level affects the development fo the city’sfootball.To promote the development of Jiaozuo football and popularization of football,through the use ofliterature,field,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,ect.Make a survey of theJiaozuo’s mass football situation,find out the main factors that restrict the mass football,with the futsal as abreakthough point,conbined with the actual conditions,formulate the practical policies for the city’s massfootball.In this study,the main points as follows: 1.The main participants of Jiaozuo mass soccer is on-the-job workers,who is young andmiddle-aged,from middle class.They have more stable income and higher education,the consumer demandand sports participation enthusiasm is higher.2.The forming of amateur soccer team is free,the members liquidity is bigger,the teams lack ofeffective management and funds,the activities and training is irregular.3.The amateur games have many kinds,but the organization and operation needs to be raised,the mainproblems are:field resource,players’ insurance and referee’s ability.4.The main factors restrict Jiaozuo’s mass soccer are:lacking policies,improper use of fieldresource,the managing and maintaining of amateur soccer teams,the organization and operation level ofgames is low,the referee’s ability.5.The futsal,which has high participation,low cost,organized easily and less injuries,is a good way todevelop the mass soccer and popularize the soccer.6.The proposals for Jiaozuo popularizing mass futsal:the goernment increase support andinput;strengthen the organization and management of the amateur teams;improve the level ofgames;optimize the field and facilities;improve the operation level of games;cultivate good referee;set upsecurity mechanism for competitiors.
