Laboratory Equipment Management Of Spot Check

Equipment is the most important material foundation of our college. The strength of our management work is equipment management. Therefore, the study how to settle down the problems which emerge in the process of operating equipment management has a very profound significance. In the training experiment department of Sichuan Electromechanical Institute of Vocation and Technology (hereafter abbreviated as SEIVT), maintenance costs posses a big proportion of running costs of this college. Consequently, to strengthen the management of equipment has become the most important work of SEVIT.This thesis takes the spot check management of training experiment department of SEIVT as a concrete example to study the establishment of spot check system, the Condition Based Maintenance of equipment, the Data Mining and the theory of spot check data analysis. On the very beginning of this thesis, it analyzes the history and the development tendency of equipment maintenance system, the current situation and the defect of our academy’s equipment management. Then it elaborates the theoretical foundation of spot check in detail. The thesis starts with the concept of spot check of equipment, it analyzes the significant role of spot check in teaching, explores several problems which occur in equipment manage, and discusses the new development direction of spot check of our college. Through the theoretical analysis and practical investigation, the thesis dissects several problems which were found and resolved during the course of equipment spot checking of our college.At the last part of this thesis, it summaries the innovations did by this paper, and points out the problems which need be improved. Presently, after the implement of spot check in the training experiment department of SEIVT, the equipment is in good condition and under high utilization, it operated stably. Under such circumstance, the college saved costs and improved the management level of the equipments. To sum up, the implement of spot check system pushes the innovation, progress and development of SEVIT to step on to a new stage.
