One Cartoon System Application In The High School Campus Management And Research

With the development of information technology, the smartcard system is to be more widely used in the field of education.Adopting such a system of management mode, we can replace thetraditional campus model with a modern one so as to make schoolmanagement safer and more convenient, be able to make schoolmanagement more convenient and safer. With the popularity of smartcard technology, under the premise of the widely used in universities,high schools also have begun to introduce a card system to assist theschool management.As a person who was in charge of the project in EducationalInformation Center of ChangNing District, the author was fortunateenough to participate in the pilot work of the two middle schools in theregion Smart Card System which included a series of tasks, such asresearching, carrying-out, checking and promoting. Consequently, theauthor has got in-depth knowledge in the process of working with thetwo schools in the district.The thesis covers:First, it studies and discusses the IC card as the card system, thecarrier, its technology and application development and the status quoat home and abroad. Also it also studies the card system, especially thestatus and development of the campus card system in China andabroad. The study on the development and implementation of thesmart card system in the pilot schools provides a theoretical basis andtechnical requirements.Secondly, the main part of this article, it describes thefunctional requirements of the two pilot schools, and the key pointswhich generated in the process of researching.This part of the study isthe true embodiment of the two pilot schools’ functional requirements document and design for future similar cases to be carried out a certainreference value. It analyzes and compares the data from the pilotschools to evaluate the result of the project, which will certainly dogood to the future research.Finally, it lists the limitations of the research as well as theprospects so as to point the right direction the future research will follow.
