Planning And Implementation Of A University Card System

Informatization in university refers to the realization of university's net work, the scientific management and the numeralization of information resource through advanced techniques of computer, internet and multimedia. Its ultimate aim is to achieve of modernization the teaching and scientific research. With the speedup of the informatization in the domestic country, many problems arouse: how to make full use of the present resources of university, then let education informatization spur on education modernization, let education and IT be in perfect harmony, improve the quality and efficiency of education, increase the degree of modern teaching, enhance the reputation of the university, elevate the ability of competition. All the problems above indicate that digital campus is the inexorable tendency. The essence of digital campus is to integrate, coordinate, optimize the various resources and collocate them well to fully use them so as to exalt the efficiency and benefit of the management.
