ACT-R (Adaptive Control of Thought, Rational) theory, as a kind ofcognitive theory, from simple cognitive activities set out to explainhuman complex learning process, and based on mathematics such aspecial field to research the law of study, so as to form and manymathematical subject related teaching view. Especially for math skillsfor the empirical study of results and many of our paper teaching (" twobasics "theoretically) experience completely. Three major revisionteaching around training and problem solving more narrowly on, ACT-Rtheory in the research of this aspect for high school teaching practicehas a strong theoretical guidance.This paper first to ACT-R theory documents, introduces the theory inmathematics learning perspective; And then based on the analysis byproblems in the teaching and the strategy to solve. According to thetheory of (learning for example) teaching advice, combined with inrecent years sample design research, from the knowledge classification(knowledge taxonomy) from the point of view of the teachingstrategies for high school review practice research.
