In depth knowledge of Marathon project characteristic, training pattern, altitudetraining characteristics, as well as the athletes of different levels on the basis ofindividual characteristics, as well as by using the multi-discipline knowledge, and theapplying advanced high-tech means and methods, under the condition of the samestrength training, our excellent marathoners accep the trainings both on plains andplateau. Two kinds of biochemical characteristics are found which provide moreaccurate, comprehensive and timely evaluation index and standards of training loadfor coaches. This paper makes the researches of the burdening ability for body to loadstrength stimulation by using Creatinekinase (CK); monitors the training intensityand body function recovery speed by testing the blood urea nitrogen level(BUN),monitors the amount of body burdening, the fatigue degree and the recovery rate byhemoglobin (Hb); monitors whether anemia and the loss of the iron can appear beforeand after sports by blood lactic acid (Bla); and also monitors the condition of recoveryability and training result by testing (T).Observe the change pattern of indexes of function after training under thecondition of the same strength training in plains and plateau area, compare thesimilarities and differences of the indicators. By the anaysis of the database, themonitering system of elite women marathoners could be set up. It mainly providestheoretical basis and practical experience for an accurate, comprehensive and timelyevaluation and for coaches to arrange the training plan and proper training load. After five weeks training, in which takes the serum creatine kinase, blood urea, serum testosterone to20km course as an example and blood lactic acid to12kmcourse as an example; the plain group with3minutes and50seconds, the plateau ingroups of4min speed training monitoring, and hemoglobin using stage monitoring, on8marathon the biochemical indices of athletes for the finishing, analysis:1、Plateau group immediately changes significantly (p<0.05) after exercise onserum creatine kinase, significant differences; in the12hours after exercise, plain andplateau group serum creatine kinase was maximum;2、Two groups of blood urea maximum value in the12hours after exercise, immediately after exercise and sports after12hours of blood urea nitrogen (p<0.01), has the extremely significant difference;48hours after exercise, basic recovery;3、Plain group at12hours reaches the maximum value after exercise on serumtestosterone, in12hours after exercise, plain group than the plateau group (p<0.05);but in24hours, two groups were returned;4、Two groups of blood lactate maximum are immediately appeared afterexercise, the plain group on blood lactic acid are always less than the plateau group(p<0.01), but in the movement, the plain group blood lactate recovery ability arebetter than the plateau group (p<0.05);5、In third, the plain around training, group of hemoglobin values above theplateau group (p<0.05); after the next plateau, plateau group hemoglobin values rise, and plain group compared no significant difference, but the plateau group willcontinue to rise.
