By using the methods of document,interview and mathematical statistical,this passage study on two national athletes of women 3000meters steeplechase.The means of training is the load statistics and calculate the results of practical training with the percentage of the best statistical load by the greatest possible results.Referring to physiological and biochemical indicators of athletes,the author analyze on the load of practical training in 2006 and 2007 by basic theoretical knowledge of Sports Training and explored the characteristics of load of the two athletes completing the training.At the same time,the author provide coaches with information of designing training scheme and establish a database of women 3000meters steeplechase in our country.The results of the research are the following:1,Athletes training methods can be divided into aerobic endurance, mixed oxygen endurance,anaerobic endurance,strength training and improve skills training.Aims of Aerobic endurance training are regaining fitness of athlete and promote heart-lung function;mixed oxygen endurance training is the development of anaerobic threshold speed of the athletes;anaerobic endurance training is the development of VO2max speed of the athletes.2,It shows that the two athletes' ratio of mix metabolize load in training is the emphases.Through increasing the mix metabolize load to enhance their load intensity and specific performance in winter preparation,anaerobic endurance training is the main means of training in Competition session,the aim is enhance the ability of athletes to adapt to competition,it has a bright character.3,Strength Quality training is main means of training for two athletes throughout process of the training,the Strength Quality of the two athletes has improved.The Strength Quality focus on low extremity, but some small muscle groups on the lack of training.4,The proportion of technical training of the two athletes is gradually increasing,the technology of taking obstacles and leap across the water has markedly improved,but There is also greater potential on technology for two athletes,it has possibility to raise further.5,The two athletes' training rhythm is obvious and training load arrangement rationally.Based on the certain load,they continuously improve load intensity,and this method is accord with the world trend for steeplechase running training.6,The low-oxygen environment of Plateau training improve cardiopulmonary function and enhance the ability of muscle lactate tolerance and increase muscle energy utilization efficiency,especially, living high-exercise high-training low can overcome the drawbacks of lack of the intensity in plateau training,increase the intensity of training greatly and enhance the ability of the athletes.7,The two athletes accomplished every scheme of training which the coach give them,the ability of athletes has improved and the results of two athletes has enhanced greatly.
