As of the reform of the new curriculum and development, teacher reflection is still a focus point in teacher education theory research and practice appeal, so the class adviser reflection becomes naturally one of researcher’s research problems. The class adviser reflection is a important guarantee for self-development and professional development of class adviser. In the new period the elementary class teacher adviser will need to set up the consciousness of reflection especially, have reflection quality and improve self-reflection. The primary school teacher in charge of class establishes the new idea as well as promotes their professional development.The paper tries to discuss the class management from the point of view. Based on the analysis of literature, the thesis analyses the elementary school class teacher’s reflective consciousness, reflective contents, reflective methods and reflective influence factors through the investigation of the present situation of class adviser reflection in primary school. The study finds that the class adviser in primary school has reflection consciousness overall; the different grade of primary school teacher in charge show different degree in reflective contents; reflective methods are single; Objective factors have an influence on class adviser’s reflection in elementary school, affected the elementary school teacher in charge’s reflection, followed by subjective factors. According to the results of investigation, firstly, the elementary school teacher in charge of class needs to build new idea and improve reflective consciousness. Secondly, need to expand and deepen the reflective contents. Thirdly, need to enrich and strengthen the reflective methods. Fourthly, give full play to reflective influence factors.
