The Survey Of Students In Differnet Races In China And Africa And The Research On Sunshine Sports

The body shape refers to the external characteristics of human’s height and weight, which derived from the Virgin Wake index to evaluate height, weight and bust degrees. The body shape characteristics reflect different gender, age, race, population growth and development status. The body shape stereotypes both genetic factors related with the environment impacts as well as nutrition, exercise and other factors have a direct link.Hainan has many races, Li and Han are the two major ethnic groups; Benin also have many domestic races, here doses not make statistics, only use the black race as a species, the Hainan Li existing population of1.111million, mainly distributed below the altitude of1000m in the central and south of Hainan, in seven counties and two cities, such as Fingers, Qiongzhong, Ledong, Sanya. The ancestor of Li comes from the ancient " Bai Yue", as early as the Qin and Han dynasties, they arrived from Guangdong and Hainan Island settlers. Li has variety of religious, mainly from ancestor worship, followed by natural cases of worship. In areas near the Han and Li spreaded into Taoism, Buddhism and Christianity. Li has its own language, which is the Zhuang and Dong of Sino-Tibetan language family, but have no characters, use Han langure universally. Diet is mainly use grain, fruits and vegetables, and chewing betel nut is a hobby of the Li people. In the festival, the Li people like to jump "bamboo dance". Hainan Han people immigrant from generation to generation outsiders, but now is a big race in Hainan. From comparison, we found that both of the two major ethnic groups of Hainan and black ethnic groups in Cotonou, Benin Province, are the native nation in their regions, they have the same latitude and the same environment and climate, but have different ethnic customs, geographical location, economic situation and cultural background, led to different body shapes of their students.This essay aims to analyst the students’body shapes between age13and18in Han, Li, and Cotonou province, Benin which are in the same environment based on "Sunshine Sports" It has great values and meaning to research on this topic by which the differences among the three places can be realized. Then the passive factors influencing the students’body shape can be find out, and the related advice can be given, so that the ways and methods to improve students’physical condition can be pointed out, which is definitely good for students in Hainan. The essay is done mainly through literature, physical test method, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and survey to look into students’body shape of different races in China and Africa. Conclusion:Hainan environment in China under the " Sports for All" and Cotonou Province " football fever" in Africa, and under the guidance of the attention of the "sunshine sports", analysis of the same in a tropical climate and environment,Due to the different religious, cultural, educational environment, creating a body shape differences in different regions of ethnic students, students of different ages in Africa, Cotonou, Benin Province in body shape (lateral growth of the human body and circumference, width, thickness and weight aspects) have certain advantages,Li, Hainan, Hainan Han students to show their actual advantages of morphological characteristics of the different ages, according to Central Africa, to put forward reasonable proposals by the intervention of the sun sports, different regions, different ethnic students, especially the improvement of students’physical development in Hainan has important theoretical value and practical significance.Suggestion:Hainan Li need to popularize students’nutritional knowledge, improve the previous dietary structure; ensure a reasonable and correct daily habit; deepen the reform of physical education teaching, actively promote students’extracurricular sports activities when focusing on Physical Education Teaching; strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and the school sports facilities; through the intervention of the "sunshine sports", the "sunshine sports and school sports counterparts, and Li’s traditional characteristics of cultural and sports (bamboo dance, wearing a hoop, La turtles and other sports)can project into the school sports in the classroom activities. Cotonou Province in Beining, Africa, need the national department to make more efforts to school sports facilities, faculty development and classroom teaching with a wide range, especially offering the free nutritious meals to school cafeteria, so students can no longer worry about their food which can make a good environment of studying for them, while Han students in Hainan province should adapt to the climate environment, and pay more attention to food nutrition as well as reasonable diet.
