And itreviews higher educational cost accounting system and higher educational costmeasurement research, on the summary and related research at home and abroad isanalyzed on the basis of current deficiency as the focus of this paper.Chapter II, thischapter mainly describes the theory’s development of higher educational content andreviews the concept’s development of the cost, the educational cost, the highereducational cost and the cost of higher education. Secondly, this chapter defines theclassification of the higher educational cost for further research on the highereducational cost accounting and measurement; Finally, this chapter describes thecharacteristics of the higher educational cost.Chapter III, this chapter establishes thehigher educational cost accounting system, and this chapter introduces the premise ofthe higher educational cost accounting; and it discusses the research methods of thehigher educational cost accounting and explores the cost included in higher educationaccounting issues.Chapter IV, this chapter mainly introduces the project analysis andthe disbursement detailed analysis of the higher educational cost accounting andmeasurement.; Secondly, according to the educational cost’s data collection of oneuniversity from2008-2010,this chapter calculates the exact educational cost per student through the survey method. Finally, this is the concluding part of this article.This paper analyzes the university research education cost measurementtheory,methods and procedures, and empirical analysis, aiming to establish educationcost measurement for the college program provides related theory and practicesupport.
