To check and diagnose elite athletes’ physical stamina state in competitivesports is a main content of supervisory control of sports training and an importantguarantee for athletes to perform excellently. In sports science research, physiological, biochemical, and other monitoringindicators are applied to test outstanding athletes’ physical stamina, to analyze thecharacteristics of physical stamina change before and after sports training, and toassess accurately the scientificity and effectiveness of sports load and trainingmethods. The experiment of the thesis is based on the cyclicality, integrity and developingsequence of competitive ability as well as the annual competition schedule ofSynchronized athletes in Hunan Province. The author selected the diagnosis andevaluation index on athletes physic functions, which contributed to the pertinence andeffectiveness of this experiment during the pre-competition training of synchronizedswimming competitions.Analysis on the operation of synchronized swimming athletes’ physic functionsprovided a solid foundation for coaches of reliable theoretical foundation so as tohave a better command of training rhythm, the transformation from high intensifiedtraining to rehabilitation, individual difference and the reasonable arrangement ontraining intensity, quantity, pre-competition training schedule.By effective supervision on physic functions of synchronized swimmers, athletes in Hunan Provinces attained their goal expected. It had been shown in twonational large-scale competitions during2010to2011that athletes competition levelimproved tremendously and narrowed the gap with top teams.
