Korean Students Drinking Behavior Of Ethnological Investigation

The special drink of wine is not only dispensable in the Chinese Korean food culture and it has its own culture background, but also reflects the wisdom of Chinese Korean ancestors’labor and bold character. It is a highlight of the national cultural identity and it is a "reference". The Chinese Korean drinking culture not only reflects the people’s happiness, thanksgiving, sorrow, respect and love for the young kids in the festive season or the weddings and funerals, but also reflects that the Chinese Koreans adapt to the new ecological and cultural environments, overcome the difficulties as well as give voice to spirit of optimism for a better life. With the continuous improvement of living standards, the Chinese Korean drinking culture exists everywhere in daily life, and has a direct impact on young people’s drinking behavior and drinking culture.The university campus life is a very important period during which the students from adolescence into the adult stage learn to improve the overall capacity and correct their thinking and outlook on life, but also plan their occupation career.Therefore, the college students drinking phenomenon is chosen as the study content. A sample survey of Chinese Korean university students how to understand their alcohol consumption, drinking attitudes, drinking frequency and drinking reasons and purposes has been done. I investigate the traditional drinking cultural heritage and lack from the Chinese Korean university students and overcome the bad habits of drinking culture in order to provide some information and references in building the healthy and civilized university students drinking culture.It is an important means to share the students’information and expand their relationships among each other by drinking together. What’s more, the drinking culture focuses on dignity and courtesy as well as reflects that the university students are sociable, integrated, positive and optimistic. At the same time, the drinking culture also reflects the care for the young and others with sincerity, and the pursuit of harmonious interpersonal relationships of Chinese Korean cultural traditions. It is notable that everything should speak of a degree, especially for the drinking culture.
