Super League are almost college students players, which has played a very important role in promoting the basketball career development in our country, and training a large number of high-quality basketball player. It is a new level in Chinese basketball market. The two Leagues are organized by Chinese College Students Sports Association, which aims to cultivate basketball talent in spare time training. Both leagues have trained a large number of reserve personnel for China’s basketball career, except the different operation. Thirdly, women’s Super League is too small in size recently, binding the League expansion to some extent. To make full use of China’s rich resources and combine two leagues to form a new brand at right time will expand the scale and improve the overall level of college basketball. Fourthly, the reserve personnel training system need to be completed gradually, this largely influenced the advancement of Chinese Basketball League. To reserve talents, we should pay more attention to the youth, especially in primary and secondary schools.
