Story-telling skill is one of the basic skills of kindergarten teachers’. It isimportant to children in their growth. To train comprehensive development children,teachers with high-developed professional skills are in highly demanded.The skillcan’t be improved without systematic training in school. Story-telling is an importantcourse in kindergarten teachers’ training school. The essay talks about a research on“how to improve students’ story-telling skills”.The author uses severalmethods--Questionnaire, testing, conversation, to investigate the fact of thestory-telling ability of students in kindergarten teachers’ training school. Then theauthor analyzes the factors and draws a conclusion—the students’ story-telling abilityis in a low level. Searching the causes in learning and teaching, the author finds thatthe teaching is in a non-arrangement state without any Systematicness and plan. Theauthor suggests a problem-solving—serialization teaching mode in training students’story-telling ability.The two points are on the basis of the problems in investigations and they areguided by the system theory and Teaching objective classification theory. The authorfind the features and evaluation mode of this teaching mode. To find the feasibilityand scientific nature of the mode, the author analyzes the result which is drawn inteaching story-telling.The solving is the serialization teaching mode and theconfusions in teaching and the hard-working direction.
