The Research Of Evaluation Of Coaching Ability Of Aerobics Coaches In Chinese

Recently, China’s competitive aerobics has been holding the first legion in the international games all the time. It’s owing to that we have a high level and highly educated team of aerobics athletes. At present, most of the athletes who win medals for our country in the international games are student athletes in universities, because aerobics is popular with these students and it has a good foundation to be developed in universities. More importantly, universities have some teams of aerobics coach, who are of high education, high quality, and professional technical ability, so that we can say that the level of our country’s competitive aerobics depends on that of the universities’. In order to make universities’aerobics sports develops continuously and healthily, it’s necessary to enhance the build of aerobics coach team as well as the study of coaches’teaching ability.At present, there are few scientific systems about the assessment of competitive aerobics coaches’teaching ability. It’s one-sided to judge a coach’s teaching by the team he leads, for it can’t reflect his actual level of training. After probing into some documents, interviewing some experts who has been engaged in the teaching and training of competitive aerobics for a long time and discuss with them about relative indexes, this article draws up an evaluation index system, consisting of7secondary indexes and52level3index, to assess competitive aerobics coaches’ teaching ability. In the process, we have adopted Delphi method and Matrix dual method in AHP to analyze the problems put forward in the questionnaires, and consulted the experts. By drawing up the evaluation index system, we aim to reflect coaches’real working ability, assess competitive aerobics coaches’teaching ability for the competitive sports management department and provide a reference for the optimization of competitive aerobics coaches’teaching ability.
