In recent years,the aerobics competition organized by Guangdong province,competitive aerobics is more popular,cultivate high quality and high-level competitive aerobics students,forming a good pattern of primary school,middle school and university,competitive aerobics is more and more attention in education sector.Cultivating high level of primary and middle school students,inseparable from the teachers with excellent teaching ability,but on the evaluation of competitive aerobics teachers teaching ability,the current research is less,so competitive aerobics teachers' teaching ability evaluation is worth studying.In this study,the evaluation index of teaching ability of competitive aerobics teachers in Guangdong province,using literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the teaching ability of competitive aerobics teachers in Guangdong province,the results are as follows:1.Establish the evaluation index system of the teaching ability of competitive aerobics teachers in Guangdong province,including 4 level indicators,11 secondary indicators,45 third-level indicators,the system can be objective and reasonable to comprehensive evaluation of competitive aerobics teachers in Guangdong province.2.The importance ranking of the primary teaching ability of competitive aerobics teachers in Guangdong province is teaching implementation ability,teaching design ability,teaching innovation ability,teaching evaluation and feedback ability.3.The teaching life of competitive aerobics teachers in Guangdong province is normal,teaching time more than 10 years and teaching years in 1 to 10 years teachers are accurate grasp the content and characteristics of teaching methods,the type of teaching methods,teaching password hint ability,skillful use of mirror back demonstration ability,Teaching process,evaluation and response ability.4.The teaching life of competitive aerobics teachers in primary and secondary schools in Guangdong province is normal,the ability to formulate long-term goals and short-term goals,highlight teaching emphasis,academic communication ability,develop training plan ability,stimulate students' interest,highlight the ability of students,teaching results evaluation and feedback,learning attitude assessment.
