The Human Needs Theory And Of Optimization Undergraduate Ideological And Political Education Methods

Human needs is an important theory of Marxist theoretical system, which wasexplicated scientifically by Marxist classical writers based on critique of the oldphilosophy, and Marxist theoretical system about human needs was created.Development of human needs is one part of all-round human development inMarxist theory. People’s behavior is at certain thought motive’s disposal, and thethought motive is caused by certain need, that’s the original specific motive power ofvarious Human needs.The main purpose of undergraduate ideological and politicaleducation is to do their ideological work, and it’s meaningful for optimization ofundergraduate ideological and political education by further studying Marxist humanneeds theory.According to the needs of reformation and development of the undergraduateideological and political education, this article takes thorough researches on themethod of undergraduate ideological and political education on the basis of theMarxist human needs theory, in accordance with the characteristics of collegestudents, such as complexity, diversity, expansionary, and so on. The problemsexisting in undergraduate ideological and political education methods has limited itsrealization of individual value and principal status of these college students, whichcause great influence to the function of this method to college students for its lackingpertinence. Therefore, It is very inportant to have a correct understanding of theMarxist human needs theory, and meet the college students’ reasonable material andspiritual need, realized their self development needs, so that it can adapt the erademands to the development of undergraduate ideological and political education.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction,emphatically elaborated the research significance, current survey, and the results inthis thesis of optimization of Marxist human needs theory and undergraduateideological and political education. The second part is the first chapter, is theresearch of Marxist human needs theory from two Respects. In first part, historical development of Marxist human needs theory and classification and characteristics ofhuman needs were summarized by studying and profoundly analyzing of Marxisthuman needs theory. In second part, it discusses the relationship between Marxisthuman needs theory and undergraduate ideological and political education method,Marxist human needs theory is the theoretical and realistic basis to the optimizationmethod of undergraduate ideological and political education, also is the end-resultof the optimization method. The third part discussed current situation ofundergraduate ideological and political education method from the perspective ofMarxist human needs, and analyzed the reasons of existing problems.The fourth partof the paper expounded the optimization method setting out from the Marxist humanneeds theory. According to the analysis of the Marxist human needs theory and thecharacters of the human needs, it’s important for the optimization of undergraduateideological and political education methods, and also provide more reasonablemethod for the ideological and political education.
