The teachers are active players who live in the social systems and the rules which canrestrict our life. The teacher as a professional identity plays an important role in our lives. Atthe same time, whether the society would agree with this career can directly influence thefemale teachers’ professional development. With the changing of the social system, theteachers’ professional identity research has been more and more important. In recent years,researches about teachers’ professional identity have been countless. But we also see that, thecareer of teacher, as a new group and new social identity is growing, and women are themajority. Although the teacher is gradually entering the eyes of people, yet researches aboutthe teachers’ professional identity still can not cause the attention of people. This study usesociology as its foundation, and use questionnaire investigation, interview method and theliterature analysis method. On the basis of understanding and analysis of the female teachers’class background, use the teacher social gender, interpersonal dimension, the distribution ofsocial resources, social mobility four dimensions as the breakthrough point to discusses andanalyses the hillock, female teachers’ self-identity and social identity, analytical femaleteachers professional identity of the status quo. The results of the study show that:First, the female teachers are under the influence of social ideology gender roleinflexible conception, such as family background and the background of family class whichcan lead to their changing their career position.Second, in interpersonal dimension research shows the interpersonal relationship offemale teachers are more harmonious than the males and most people said after the job theycan have a harmonious interpersonal environment.Third, in the distribution of the social resources, female teacher through the socialcomparison, their responsibilities to the benefit of the implied or appeared in their view of theideas and social behavior, their attitude to policies is just waiting and watching them.Fourth, on the motivation, in the process of female teachers’ construction and identity,their motivations behind them are obviously relate to the social agreement.Fifth, the female teacher career identity appeared related positive side of the situation,there are three reasons for it: first, because the individual in social interaction process,otherness and ego in perception and attitudes are usually considered interchangeable,individual like or identity a group identity, that she will bring to her and she belongs to theidentity of the group a positive assessment. Second, because as a difference of individualevery individual in the society, they almost have the same tendency, they often have morepositive self-esteem,so they like self identity and are positive to evaluate their own. Third, because in the social background, the groups there exists certain degree of different, this alsocan cause group or individual to have relatively positive social identity. The group of borderguards, teachers’ attitude towards group and their role act as a group of border relations is theresult of the group relationships. Their conflict is produced on real resources and thecompetition of interests. Human another demand, develop a positive image of themselves.Sixth, during the process of female professional teachers’ career identity andconstructions, social identity’s effect to the professional identity is more significant thanpersonal identity’ effect to the career identity agreement.
