The education of student teachers is a hot issue concerned by the whole society.Teacher Education plays an important role in cultivating teacher professional identity of student teachers,and teacher professional identity is the internal cause of promoting the professional development of student teachers,to promote the development of normal students' professional identity is also the necessary meaning of normal education.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the issue of teacher professional identity of student teachers.This paper takes the normal university students as the object of investigation,carries on the questionnaire survey to the normal university students from the second grade to the fourth grade,the result shows that the teacher professional identity level of university students is slightly higher than the average level.Through descriptive statistics and inferential statistics,it is found that there are significant differences between genders,relatives and friends in their teaching experience and teachers' professional identity,through regression analysis,it is found that student engagement and general self-efficacy can positively predict teachers' professional identity,while student engagement and general self-efficacy can positively predict teachers' professional identity Through the mediation test,it is found that student engagement indirectly influences the formation and development of teachers' professional identity through the mediation of general self-efficacy.From the perspective of social ecosystem theory,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the teacher professional identity of student teachers.At the micro-system level,student teachers' academic achievement and general self-efficacy have a direct impact on their teachers' professional identity;The relationship between student teachers and teachers and the support of campus environment perceived by student teachers will have an indirect effect on teachers' professional identity,the teaching experience of relatives and friends and the educational experience of classmates will indirectly influence the teacher's professional identity of student teachers through important others,teachers' image and salary will also have an impact on teachers' professional identity.In view of this,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of cultivating the professional identity of normal school students from four aspects.At the level of micro-system,normal school students should be guided to view "teacher" occupation correctly,strengthen self-belief and enhance self-efficacy,and at the level of meso-system,appropriate academic challenges should be provided to construct support system for school,teachers and peers In the aspect of appearance system,it is necessary to create a good working environment for teachers and cultivate the campus culture with the characteristics of teacher training;in the aspect of macro system,it is necessary to create a social atmosphere of respecting teachers and respecting education,and to appropriately increase the salary treatment of teachers,to enhance the professional attractiveness of teachers.
