Man’s All-Round Development Research From The Demand Perspective

The author also points out man’s all-round development history stage and its time definition, and explores the condition of man’s all-round development realization:developing productivity, expanding social relationship and the harmonious development between man and nature.The second part mainly discusses how to promote man’s all-round development from demands perspective, and points out that meeting man’s demands is the practice basis to enrich man’s all-round development theory, as well as an important driving force to promote man’s all-round development. With the help of Maslow theory, the author emphasizes the highest level to meet man’s demands is to realize man’s all-around development.Based on the questionnaire survey in terms of meeting of the white collar group’s demands, the third part analyzes the current status of white-collar workers, and brings out some channels to meet their demands:meeting their material need is the foundation, enhancing their communication development is the guarantee, alleviating their occupation pressure is the key. At last, the author put forward three detailed channels to realize man’s development in an all-round way. The innovation of the thesis is mainly reflected in two aspects:Firstly, in terms of theory, the demands perspective is a new angle of view to study man’s all-round development. Secondly, the white-collars are typical groups with times characteristics, taking them as examples enhances the thesis’s practical and realistic significance.In terms of the study method, it can improve the thesis’s reference value by combining theory and practical manner.
