Group Social Work Service Of Female White-collar Marriage And Love Pressure From The Perspective Of Advantag

This paper takes female white-collar workers suffering from marital stress as the research object,follows the concept of "service recipients are people in need",starts from the perspective of strengths,and combines social support theory,social learning theory,rational emotion therapy,etc.,collects data through questionnaire analysis,interview,observation and other methods,and explores the current situation of female white-collar workers' marital stress and its causes.Through questionnaire analysis,interviews and observations,as well as a series of explorations into the current situation of female white-collar marital stress and its causes,it can be found that the causes of female white-collar marital stress cover a wide range of issues,and that female white-collar workers have the need to relieve marital stress and negative emotions,change their misconceptions,identify their own strengths,improve their social skills and establish a correct view of marriage.Taking the needs and strengths of female white-collar workers as an example,the group work service was carried out seven times with eight female white-collar workers from company Y.The aim was to enhance the endogenous motivation of the members to relieve the pressure of marriage and change the anxiety state.The effectiveness of the group work service was also scientifically evaluated to prove the effectiveness of group activities under the strengths perspective.On the whole,although the group work service under the strengths perspective can effectively relieve and channel the relationship stress of female white-collar workers,there are still problems such as the limitation of group work methods,the change of social workers' roles and the low sense of social work identity,which still need to be further explored and solved.
