Jiangsu, Zhejiang And Shanghai Area Of The Investigation Of The Status Quo Of The Development Of Wushu In Colleges And Universities High Level Sports Team Analysis And Countermeasure Research

The construction of advanced sports team in colleges and universities is part of advanced education,also the important part of establishing a high-level university. At the same time, it is the important means of healthy and constant development of our nation’s competitive sports. Its purpose is to cultivate all-aspect developed,high-level sports talents and its goal is to accomplish the participating mission of collegiate, international and national sports meeting, and to make contributions to the Olympic Games and the sustainable develoment of competitive sports for our country.The research is aimed at Wushu system and targets at the present development situations of advanced sports teams of Whushu system in14colleges and universities in relatively developed areas of Jiangsu,Zhejiang, Shanghai. Using methods of citing documents and materials,questionnaires, interviews, logical analysis, mathematical statistics and on-the-spot investigation to study and analyze the present development situations of advanced sports teams of Whushu system in colleges and universities in areas of Jiangsu,Zhejiang, Shanghai, then find the problems and put forward the countermeasures. The results show (1) the cultivating targets of these areas are too low.(2) the chance of parcitipating the competition is slim,the level is low and it is difficult to compete with national high-level Whushu system; cannot reach the priciple of "using the competion to replace training and improve the training"(3) the contradition between learning and training is obvious,and lack the ways to deal with it (4) the resourse of fund is sole and result in the severe lack in fund; field, equipemnt and facilities need improving;lack medical care system (5) sportsmen’s willingness and hardworkingness of training is weak, training time is less; the lack of scientific training leads to bad results; the technic and competition results of most sportsmen are descending (6) the technic level of sportsmen is relatively high,but the students resourse is narrow;haven’t establish connections with local schools (7) the structure of coaches’age is reasonable,the education and sports technic are high but lack of the experience of coaching the advanced sportsmen, the further study and training of coaches are pessimistic, lack specialize coaches,the ways of getting on the position is administrative designation,lack competive system of coaches getting on the position.According to the problems above,the development countermeasures are following:(1) set correct establishing team and cultivating targets;(2) perfect the competition system and improve the number and quality of competition (3) establish the base of Whushu system spare talents,ensure the consecutiveness and stability of the students resourse.(4) optimize the personnel, establish the excellent coach team.(5)coordinate the relation between learning and training, and deal with the learning and training contradition.(6) realize the integral of science,training and medical care,improve the scientific level of training(7)bring in socialization, market, business operation system, raise fund in multiple ways.
