Research On Traditional Sports Project School Wushu Teams Situation And Countermeasures

The establishment of the traditional sports project school martial arts sports can not only cultivate reserve personnel in competitive wushu, also can promote the development of school wushu, help to promote and develop the national traditional culture. Current situation of the construction of martial arts sports teams also reflects the school of martial arts teachers, martial arts courses, martial arts martial arts competition training, campus cultural activities to carry out the actual situation. And national traditional sports project school martial arts competition as a single sports event, for the study of traditional sports project school wushu team provides the research train of thought to start. From the school level and regional distribution, training and competition, talent selection and conveying, sports team construction aspects analyzes the current status of the development of traditional sports project school martial arts sports teams.The results show that the traditional sports project school basic reasonable distribution of martial arts sports level but the unbalanced development of regional distribution and the present strong east west weak trend, is not conducive to the overall development. Facilities, equipped with perfect but inadequate funding sources and less, sports funds safeguard measures is weak, old management mechanism. Do not have a high level of scientific training plan and the level of competition is low, fewer, lack of competition and communication platform. Talent selection mechanism remains to be perfect, less talent output channels. Coaches basic reasonable, but the technical level and teaching ability is uneven, scientific research ability is insufficient, participate in business training fewer. Outstanding athletes learn the contradictions, it restricts the development of wushu sports teams.In view of this, this study combined with the current problems existing in the traditional sports project school wushu sports, put forward the following countermeasures: coordinated development to solve development is not balanced, scientific training to solve the contradictions, increase the coaches training, improving the competition system, improve the venue and equipment, perfect management mode.
