Students as a special consumer groups, consumer values, culture has a direct impact ontheir values, worldview construction and the formation of their lives, learning, and even thefuture work have an important impact. From the analysis of the status of the consumptionvalues of contemporary college students, the problems of the contemporary universitystudents consumption values, causes and countermeasures in order to arouse social concern ofconsumer groups on college students.Article is divided into four parts: the first part of the consumer values the concept andimplications of scientific definition: the consumption values of the fundamental views ofpeople held by the consumer value of carrying out the consumer behavior, is held by thepeople making value judgments on consumer relations stand, viewpoint and attitudecombined. The correct values of consumption should be a reasonable consumption value ofscientific understanding, is conducive to their growth, but also conducive to the developmentof others; the same time it should also be "green", that is to fully develop their own at thesame time, nor the social and environmental hazard. As an important part of the Students’Value System, consumer values on college students own development and social stability areof great significance.The second part, the problems in the consumption values of contemporary collegestudents through questionnaires and interviews in the form a more comprehensiveunderstanding of: college students’ consumption values from the overall point of view isscientific, rational, healthy, but there are still some students consumer values on the issueexposed many problems: for example, comparisons to show off the luxury consumer mindset,the symbolic view of consumption, vanity, friendship first "generous" view of consumption,arbitrary mindless consumption concept, indolent, pleasure-seeking consumer mindset andlove first "love the view of consumption.The third part, the reasons for the problems of the contemporary university studentsconsumption values are analyzed to explore: the main reason for these problems: baddemonstration of the peer group, the erosion of Western consumerism, unhealthy trends in society, he argued, the lack of school education the adverse effects of family environment andstudents of our self-weakening.The fourth part, on this basis, the problems in the consumption values of contemporarycollege students a few suggestions: First, the contemporary college students should beestablished, scientific and consumer values: the moderate, rational, green, simpleconsumption values;proposed building consumption values of the contemporary collegestudents should follow the basic principle: the combination of guidance and systemspecification, a combination of consumer education and consumer life, school education andfamily education, and a combination of the basic principles of education and self-education.Social, family, school and student self-education coordination and jointly promote the correctformation of the consumption values of contemporary college students. Finally, the analysisof the ways to build the college students the correct consumption values: the impact of theexemplary role of the peer group, to play the mass media guidance of public opinion,focusing on the construction of campus culture, set up consumer finance courses, and playsupervision and impact strength of the family, these external influences and forces must alsorely on college students to carry out the intrinsic pathway of self-education to play its role.Constructed in accordance with the scientific principle, both inside and outside of the way, Ibelieve that university students consumption values existing problem must be addressed.
