Learner Relationship Management System In The Modern Distance Education

It must be highlighted and deepening the service features of products in modern distanceeducation, because of the rapid development of IT, the urgent need to construct a learningsociety for lifelong learning, increasing investment in modern distance education of ourcountry, and the desire of the members of society to be able to learn at any time. Therefore, itis particularly important that reference the concept of modern customer service in enterprisemanagement to the development of modern distance education, especially the concept ofCRM in the field of electronic commerce. It is also about to become a key that exploringLRM (The relationship between the learners and distance education platform) in the moderndistance education.The thesis takes the LRM as the research object. By organizing the modern distanceeducation development stages and studying the concept of modern customer service inenterprise management, especially the concept of CRM in the field of electronic commerce,the thesis analyzes the theoretical framework of LRM in detail and points out that: LRMshould mine learners’market resources and access to potential learners through learnersegmentation, and improve learner loyalty by increasing learner satisfaction, so as to maintainexisting learners and access other learners and in order to improve learner’s delivered valueand learner’s lifetime value.On the basis of LRM, the thesis builds a general model of LRM. At the same time, itexplores LRMS and describes the relationship among the database of learning resources andlearning platform with LRMS. LRMS is divided into the learner marketing module, learnersegments module, personalized recommended module and the learner support and servicemanagement module by analyzing the general model of LRM. And the author describes thefunction and composition of each module of the above in detail.The thesis describes the design object, requirement and development environment ofLRMS based on the exploration of LRM, and sets its operating performance evaluationindex.
