With the gradual maturity of Web 3.0 technology,E-learning 3.0 has realized the connection and learning anytime and anywhere,which brings new opportunities for learning and education.E-learning 3.0 focuses on mobile,interconnection,intelligence and collaboration,emphasizing people-oriented,all-round interaction,personalized service,and the concept of "learner-centered" goes deep into it.The learner model is the reference for E-learning to realize personalized and intelligent services.However,the existing learning system pays more attention to learners' individual characteristics in cognitive and knowledge aspects,and seldom considers the impact of learners' surroundings on them.The existing digital learning systems have their own learner models and construct according to some characteristics of learners.Individualized service systems are independent of each other and form "isolated islands" of information or service.In the construction of learner model,meta data describing learner model is not standardized.The construction of learner model directly affects the effect of personalized and intelligent service of digital learning system.Under the guidance of E-learning 3.0development concept,this paper studies the problems existing in learner model.1.Firstly,based on the study of learner model standards and personalized learner models at home and abroad,learner models are classified according to the characteristics of learner models.Under the guidance of ecology theory,connectivism theory and distributed cognitive theory,a five-tuple model LM=<KM,CM,EM,BM,RM> which integrates the characteristics of learner relationship is proposed,which enriches the connotation of learner model in theory.2.In the detailed representation of learner model,an ontology-based approach is adopted,and FOAF ontology and RELATIONSHIP ontology are introduced.Aiming at the one-sidedness of learner model,an ontology fusion method based on international standard ISO/IEC19763-3 is proposed.This method takes standard ISO/IEC19763-3 as the theoretical guidance,standardizes the fusion process,realizes the integration of two learner model ontology,and solves the problem of "isolated island" of information in the construction of learner model.3.Finally,the application of learner model is explored.Under the guidance of learning community and other theories,the ontology reasoning rules of learner model are constructed.Through the relationship characteristics of learners,the knowledge fields that learners are interested in are inferred,and an intelligent information retrieval system isconstructed.It realizes fast and accurate retrieval of knowledge,thus verifying the application of learner relationship characteristics in digital learning.Through the above research,the connotation of learner model is enriched,which provides the basis for the realization of personalized service and optimal allocation of resources in digital learning,and lays the foundation for the realization of personalized and intelligent learning system in the future.
