With the development concept of information, globalization, and diversification, theincreasingly fierce competition also extended to the education field the responsibility ofcultivating talents will increase the pressure to teachers. This research is on the newteacher’s adaptability situation of the primary school in Changchun city as an example.The goal is to find the difficulties on the job in the early stage of them and what factorshave an important effect on the adaptability. Thus we are able to get an overall view of thesituation and provide support or help.The research based on the theory of the teacher development, then to collect materialof the adaptability of new primary school’s teacher and where the pressure or confused ofoccupational adaptation comes through the questionnaire and interview two surveymethods, finally, analysis on the main factors. Form new teachers’ adaptability influencefactors tree.This paper divided into five parts:The first part is the preface, includes the background, objectives, meaning, the relatedconcept, and the literature review. The second part introduces the research method, theobject of study, the statistical tools and limitations. The third part is the results of theanalysis and discussion, based on the reliability analysis. Use the demographic variables todescribe the adaptability of the new teachers, analysis the correlation between the differentvariables, with the content of interview, to study the influence factors. The fourth part isthe conclusion and suggestion, put forward to promote the new teacher of primary schoolteaching adaptive combined with the research.Of course, with the certain complexity and limitations of the content and theconditions, there have no perfect research. But hope can help the new teacher to adapt tothese roles as soon as possible, based on school organization and teachers’ development.Transformed into a batch of excellent people’s teacher, to make more contributions to theeducation career.
